How does the selection process work?

An initial assessment is made on the basis of the submitted application. Candidates who meet the requirements will be invited for an interview with M31 staff. You can also download the document“How to Prepare for Selection” for more information.

Specific Questions for Internship/Stage:

What is the intended course of action for trainees?

Trainees can work on a variety of projects. The pathway involves assigning the person to Chapters and projects that best suit his or her skills, areas of interest and experience. From our student trainees, we expect outstanding performance that matches the M31 team.

At what times of the year is it possible to start the internship/internship?

There are no limitations. It is possible to apply throughout the year.

Are the trainees then hired full-time?

Before leaving, the purpose of the internship is clarified with the intern, which can be exclusively regarding work experience during the period of study, bachelor’s thesis, or potential subsequent employment. Many internships have turned into full-time employment contracts.

What are the minimum requirements to apply for internships or apprenticeships?

You must be a student regularly enrolled in a university course and pursuing a degree course relevant to our activities.

If I am already a graduate student, can I apply for an internship?

Yes, if you have been a graduate for less than one year the inter is for recent graduates; if you have been a graduate for more than one year you need to activate the internship through a Job Center.

Is the internship paid in M31?

All internships include a monthly expense reimbursement agreed upon at the interview stage.
